HI Gigi, Thanks so much for stopping by over my side, LOL! I thought it was my sister in law, you have the same name. I saw the chair on how hers was done. In mine I actually took out the whole thing and replaced all of it. I took apart the whole entire chair and I used glue gun and the staple gun. I hid all those so no one will see them. Specially with my kids always pushing and pulling the chairs and I didn't want their little hands scraped with the staple gun underneath. Hubby didn't think the chair was cute but he thought it was funny I did it. We've had the chair for 10 years, I bought it for him for our first Christmas together so he doesn't want to throw it away, and he's cheap. LOL!
